Membership is currently open
to university and research libraries. When polytechnic and teacher
training college libraries set up their infrastructure and facilities,
they will be granted membership. The Constitution of the Consortium
allows for 2 categories of membership:

Full Members:
Libraries that cater for a broad spectrum of subject areas.
-
Affiliate Members:
Libraries that cater for only one specific subject area, and
National, Regional and International Consortia.
FUNDING:
Members of the Consortium
have agreed that the following should be sources of funding:
Payment
for e-resources is to be shared equally among full members according to
the total invoice received from publishers annually, while affiliate
members will pay an amount decided by the Governing Board annually. |
