The Consortium has its Secretariat in a rented room situated in the building of the Institute for Scientific & Technological Information (INSTI). It is a fully furnished office with internet connectivity. Currently it is manned by a full time office assistant. All other staff are voluntary part-time workers. All meetings of the Consortium are held in its office.
